Can the inaugural winners hold them off?

So opening day proved to extremely competitive, with great racing action everywhere you looked. In senior 206 jamie bradford and Matt skaggs fought tooth and nail till the end in the heat race and feature. Bradford tried on the last lap to go wide on skaggs and just ran out of tires and race track going into turn two for a last lap pass. these will be two to watch for sure at the next event. in jr pro we had some new faces this year and both ended up on the podium in their first race. Elijah skaggs won the race with Sam Mazzo Hot on his tail and Emiliy Arenas coming home 3rd. This class is going to be a tight race this year between new racers and others moving up from jr sportsman, Elijah is going to have his hands full holding them off this year. In jr sportsman david newell was just doing what newells do....WIN WIN WIN who ever beats this this little guy better come with a vengeance because he's fast. In 206 spec it looked like Tom had it in the bag but Adam Hiler snuck in there on him at the end for the win. In the new predator 420 class Adam Hiler was looking strong until he started playing mario kart with a blown crank case seal and oiled the track down causing him to withdraw from the race and giving the win to Zack Howell. In kid kart Kaitlen newell and Layne Howell battled it out in the battle of bobble heads with Layne bringing home the win. In the oval side it was the battle of the cunningham brothers with some good racing.
